Unspend is a subscription management platform that consolidates your team's invoices by scanning your emails. Link your inboxes to the Unspend platform once, and simply login whenever to have full visibility over your expenses.
Unspend scans your inbox to look for receipts and invoices billed to subscription software, and uses AI to extract information which is then presented in our dashboard.
Unspend uses secure OAuth to connect to supported email providers. We then use AI to scan through your inbox to find subscriptions, invoices, and receipts! All you have to do is input your email address into our platform, click the verification link, and you're good to go!
Unspend captures almost all subscription and invoice emails, but there may be invoices which are formatted in unusual manners. Let us know if we've missed an invoice, and we'll be sure to add it to our system.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls and audit logging for sensitive operations.
Currently supported providers include Gmail and Outlook/Microsoft 365.
Unspend supports the following currencies: USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY, NOK, NZD, SEK, and SGD. We can also convert invoice amounts into your desired currency.
